How do I cancel my registration?

Please follow the instructions below to cancel your registration:

  1. Use the same computer which you originally registered for the event with
  2. Visit the Event Registration page: Click here (this will open a new browser tab)
  3. Locate the event session you originally registered for and click the “Click Here to Register!” link
  4. Click the “Unregister from this event” link
  5. If successful, you will see the message: “You have been unregistered”

How do I change to another session?

You will first need to follow the steps, above, to cancel your current registration. Then you may go to the Event Registration page and register for a new session.


How do I register a group for a session?

  1. Visit the Event Registration page: Click here (this will open a new browser tab)
  2. Locate the event session that you wish to register for
  3. Click the “Register” button and the Registration form will expand
  4. Fill out the First Name, Last Name, Zip Code, and Email address for the first person registering the other participants, then click the “+ Add Guest” button
  5. Add the First Name, Last Name and Zip Code of the additional participant
  6. If you wish to add other participants, continue to click the “+ Add Guest” button, or click the “Submit” button when you are finished
  7. If the registration was successful, you will see the following message: “Success! Please check your email inbox for a confirmation message”. You will receive one confirmation email for every participant successfully registered for the event

Will I receive a CPR card and how long is it good for?

To receive a CPR card, you must attend one of the event lectures and be able to physically perform two full minutes of adult compressions and breaths. CPR cards are good for two (2) years from the date of course completion.


Is there an age requirement to attend or receive a CPR card?

We have no age requirement to attend – everyone is welcome. The only requirement is to attend the lecture and be physically able to perform two full minutes of CPR to receive your card.


How long is the course and what time should I arrive?

Each course consists of a lecture section and a skills section. The entire course will take approximately 2.5 hours to complete. We encourage you to arrive 10-20 minutes early in order to sign in and find seating.


Is this certification accepted by my employer?

We do not hand out AHA or Red Cross cards, however all instructors are AHA certified and meet all requirements. Most non-healthcare employers will accept this course. If you are a healthcare employer or employee, this certification will not meet the requirements.
